Represented Bank Leumi in a NIS 4.9 billion TASE offering

Congratulations to our client, Bank Leumi בנק לאומי, on the successful completion of its TASE offering,  raising gross proceeds of approximately NIS 4.9 billion, through the expansion of its contingent convertible bonds (CoCos) and bond series, and the issuance of a new commercial paper series.

All three series are top-rated by S&P Maalot or Midroog Ltd.
