Represented Bank Leumi in a NIS 4.1 billion TASE offering

Congratulations to our client, Bank Leumi, on the successful completion of its TASE offering, raising gross proceeds of approximately NIS 4.1 billion through the issuance of new series of contingent convertible bonds (CoCos) and commercial paper, as well as the expansion of a bond series.

All three series are top-rated by S&P Maalot or Midroog Ltd.
