Biography

Ran Felder is a partner in the corporate, securities and capital market department at our Tel Aviv office.

Ran regularly provides counsel to public companies, public partnerships and reporting corporations in the areas of renewable energies, oil and gas, and real estate in all aspects related to corporate law, securities law, the capital market, and represents them before the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, including IPO, equity and debt financing.

Ran has extensive expertise and experience in acting on public and private issues of stock and bonds in the secondary market, including the issue of complex bonds, while in the last two years alone Ran has advised on equity and debt issues totaling over ILS 14 billion.

In addition, Ran has vast experience and in-depth knowledge in providing advice and support to Israeli and foreign companies in IPOs.

Over the years, Ran has represented companies engaged in a wide variety of sectors, including renewable energies, real estate, industry, retail and off-bank credit.

Ran joined the firm in 2019 after working several years as an associate at a leading boutique securities and capital market firm.

In 2023, Ran was ranked ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the Legal 500 international ranking guide based on his professional work and his clients’ reviews.

  • Represented clients in high-volume bond issues in the renewable energy industry.
  • Provided support to the Rimon Infrastructure and Energy Group in its IPO at an ILS 1.25 billion valuation, in which it raised ILS 250 million.
  • Acted for Navitas Petroleum in four equity and debt issues, totaling approximately ILS 1 billion, as a central pillar in the financing plan for the development of the Shenandoah oil project in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
  • Represented Navitas Petroleum in the issue of complex bonds, at a total amount of approximately ILS 400 million, which involved the early redemption of existing bonds and hedging agreements with foreign institutions.
