Adv. Moran Aumann joined our firm in 2011. She began her career with the firm as an intern, and was certified as a lawyer in 2012.

Moran provides legal advisory services on all matters pertaining to Antitrust Law, Regulatory Law, Civil & Commercial Litigation and has particular expertise in Derivative Action Litigation.

Moran represents clients before the Israel Antitrust Authority (IAA) in a wide range of areas, including preparation for approval of mergers, exemptions from restrictive arrangements and electronic discovery of documents. She also acts on behalf of companies and their officers in criminal proceedings before the IAA and the Israeli Antitrust Tribunal.

Moran's clients include energy and communications corporations, major industrial companies and various other public companies and their directors.

During the course of her studies, Moran served as both teaching assistant to Dr. Ram Rivlin (Faculty of Law) and research assistant to Dr. Asaf Zussman (Faculty of Economics). She was also a member of the editorial board of the Hebrew University Law Review ('Mishpatim') and spent a semester studying at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., specializing in US Antitrust Law.
