The firm specialized in complex commercial litigation, class actions, antitrust matters, administrative law, planning and construction and banking and finance, and garnered a strong reputation in these areas.

The firm Rosenberg, Hacohen, Goddard, Efrat & Co. was established in 2000 by lawyers Uri Rosenberg, Dan Hacohen and Adi Efrat, specializing in corporate law, capital markets, financing, securities and energy law, and was one of the leading firms in Israel in these fields.

In 2012, Agmon & Co. and Rosenberg Hacohen Goddard Efrat & Co. merged into one firm that provides its clients with high-caliber legal service in a wide range of practice areas.

Tulchinsky Marciano Cohen Levitski was founded in 1995. The firm provided legal advice on the activities and investments of Israeli and foreign venture capital funds. In addition, the firm represented clients in complex court proceedings involving crisis management and conflict resolution, including business and finance related arbitration and mediation. The firm also specialized in real estate and labor law.
