Adv. Barak N. Schwarz joined our firm in 2012 after working as an intern at the Civil Department of the State Attorney’s Office in Jerusalem.
Barak specializes in complex Civil & Commercial Litigation in all branches of law, with extensive experience in the field of land, real estate and planning and construction, Including in Judea and Samaria area.

Barak provides legal services for Israeli and global leading Energy corporations as well as Renewable Energy corporations and contractors, insurance and infrastructure companies and individuals.

Barak has extensive experience with Class Actions, Administrative Law, Antitrust Law and Regulation issues concerning the Israel Electricity Authority, the Israel Lands Authority, the Fuel and LPG Department, the Israel Competition Authority and the Israel Environment Authorities, with emphasis on planning and construction of Renewable Energy projects as well as Conventional Energy projects.

Barak has gained considerable experience in the Israeli gas station market, in all its legal aspects, including complex commercial litigation concerning gas stations, negotiations and contracts over gas stations, as well as regulation, planning and construction of gas stations.

Barak is certified as a mediator by the Israel Center for Negotiation & Mediation (ICNM).

During his academic studies, Barak served as a research assistant to Prof. Ruth Halperin-Kadri of the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law, and worked for the faculty’s Women's Legal Aid Clinic, Where he gained broad experience in Israeli family law. Barak graduated with honors in both his LL.B. (summa cum laude) and LL.M. (cum laude).
