Amir Fish

Biography

Amit Fish is a partner in the environmental law department at our Tel Aviv office.

Amir specializes in environmental law based on extensive experience working with industrial companies and as a lawyer in the Ministry of Environmental Protection. His practice focuses on all aspects of environmental regulation from an in-depth knowledge of industrial plants, energy and infrastructure companies.

He represents clients in proceedings for alleged environmental offenses, petitioners in administrative courts and in proceedings before various authorities. In addition, Amir specializes in the preparation and management of enforcement plans for environment and safety for energy and infrastructure factories and companies, and provides ongoing legal advice in the areas of environmental law, health and safety.

Amir has much experience in advising on transactions for the acquisition of environmental undertakings, both for sellers and buyers, during due diligence.

Amir began his career at the Ministry of Environmental Protection, first as an intern and eventually as a lawyer.

He regularly lectures at seminars and professional courses – e. g. on environmental finance, toxins, etc.– at the Israel Institute of Energy and the Environment, the Manufacturers Association of Israel, Shviro College and more .
