Advocate Tamar Castle Bar – On, joined our firm in 2010. She began working as an intern in our law office and was certified as a lawyer 2012.

Tamar has extensive experience in planning and construction that has accumulated over the years of her work, first as an architect and urban planner in a private setting and for the Jerusalem Municipality, then and prior to joining with our firm, Tamar worked in the Ministry of Interior, as a regional team leader in the planing office of Jerusalem District, and as Field Director of Coordination and Supervision of Planning and Construction Regulations.

As part of these roles, Tamar handled a wide range of issues pertaining to the field of planning and construction, including national, regional, local and detailed outline plans, plans for infrastructures (roads, railways, trams), high rise Building, locating sites for excess dirt, handling and promotion of plans, preparation of opinions and recommendations for the District Committee, handling and advancing approval of the Planning and Construction Regulations in the National Council and its subcommittee, and more.

Tamar brings her rich and diverse experience to the planning and construction department of our firm, in which she is engaged in consulting and legal guidance in planning and licensing procedures and in representation before the planning authorities and the administrative courts.
