Biography

Saar Rosman is a partner in the high-tech and technology department at our Tel Aviv office.

Saar has expertise in complex privacy issues. Saar assists the firm’s clients in formulating organizational policies and methodologies in the fields of privacy and information security, takes part in product and service design procedures in relation to privacy and security, provides counsel on transactions involving issues related to the privacy of information transfer and information security, and assists the firm’s clients in making informed decisions with regulators entrusted with the issue of privacy and information security in the various sectors of the economy.

With respect to health technology, Saar has significant experience in acting for healthcare organizations and startup companies. Saar is a member of the cloud committees at some of the healthcare organizations that are among the firm’s clients and assists in examining and implementing new technologies. In recent years, Saar has led the MedTech360 series of professional conferences, in which he hosts experts from the areas of technology, health and law for content lectures that provide a comprehensive and in-depth look at a particular issue on its legal, medical/business and technological level at each meeting.

With respect to internet, Saar has acted for various companies in the advertising chain in the online and mobile worlds for years.
