• Advising partners in the Tamar consortium in relation to the US$ 2 billion 144A global bond offering
• Advising partners in the Tamar consortium in financing a $900 million project for the development of the Tamar gas field off-shore Israel
• Advising partners in the Leviathan consortium in a US$500 million bridge financing for the development of the Tamar and Dalit gas fields off-shore Israel
• Advising partners in the Yam Tethys Consortium on financing a US$240 million project.
• Advising partners in the Tamar consortium in a US$430 million bridge financing for the development of the Tamar and Dalit gas fields off-shore Israel
• Acting for partners in the Yam Tethys Consortium in a 144A bond offering which was the first international project finance bond offering for an Israeli infrastructure project.
• Acting for the merged cable providers (HOT) in a financing transaction of approximately NIS 4 billion provided by a consortium of banks.
