Biography

Hilla Peleg is a partner in the Litigation department and heads the Preventative Regulation and enfocement program department at our Jerusalem office.

Hilla specializes in commercial litigation, and represents companies and officers in complex disputes, as well as in investigations as part of insolvency proceedings.

Bringing to bear Hilla’s legal-commercial expertise and in-depth familiarity with regulatory requirements, she advises corporations and companies with regard to maintaining the level of enforcement and compliance in the corporation, while coordinating between its various bodies, and improving the ability to comply with all regulatory provisions and requirements that frequently change and multiply.

In addition, Hilla advises companies caught in crises originating from criminal or administrative investigations and lawsuits, including class actions. In this framework, Hilla provides advance crisis preparation, manages the crisis in real time at the legal-strategic level, and helps in the debriefing process along with steps to restore customer trust.

  • Acted for kibbutz Nir David in a petition requesting public access to the Asi river, in the part that runs through the kibbutz, until agreements were reached between the kibbutz and the state.
  • Represented Melisron in the petition submitted against it to the Supreme Court regarding a government pilot program ordering the opening of a limited number of malls during the Covid lockdowns.
  • Represented Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing in a petition to the Court of Administrative Affairs in Jerusalem.
