Biography

Dana Hen is a partner in the litigation department at our Tel Aviv office.

Dana Chen is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. Dana deals with complex civil and commercial litigation cases, with special emphasis on securities law issues, the areas of corporate governance, liability of officers, directors and shareholders, as well as derivative claims and class actions. Dana’s clients include some of the largest companies in Israel, directors and senior officials in leading companies in the Israeli economy and in general.

As part of various proceedings that Dana dealt with, she represented a number of leading clients in complex questions of securities law, corporate law, including in connection with the duties of directors and officers in various contexts, as well as other complex legal issues such as criminal investigations by the authorities in the USA and in Israel.

Dana also deals with representing various companies in commercial disputes related to various business situations, starting with debt settlements, through contractual disputes and more.

Dana has experience in representation in civil and administrative disputes in all legal courts, in arbitration and mediation.

Dana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law with honors from Tel Aviv University. As part of her studies, she participated in a student exchange program in Australia.

Dana also graduated with a master’s degree in law with a specialization in commercial law with honors from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the UC Berkeley Law School.

Dana lectures in various training courses of the Bar Association in the field of litigation.
