Biography
Asaf Danziger is a partner in the commercial law department at our Tel aviv office.
Assaf provides legal counsel with an emphasis on company law and labor law. He represents companies from a variety of sectors in local and international transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions as well as real estate transactions. Assaf also represents clients in courts with respect to civil and commercial litigation.
His clients include high-tech companies, industrial companies, startups, medical institutions and more.
- Represented the Delek Israel Group in two transactions for the sale of assets in the amount of approximately ILS 1.1 billion. As part of the transactions, the power plants in Sorek and Ashkelon were sold to Rafek Energy for ILS 367 million, as well as the “Pi Glilot” lands for ILS 720 million.
